Our Expert Team
Led by Mrs. Fadila Kakaye, NP, our team is comprised of experienced and compassionate healthcare professionals who share a common goal: your well-being. Fadila earned her Bachelor of Science in nursing from the University of Maryland School of Nursing in Baltimore. After becoming a registered nurse, she gained invaluable experience working with patients at several hospitals throughout Maryland and the greater Washington D.C. metro area.
Education
During her time at the University of Maryland Capitol Region Health Prince George’s Hospital Center, Fadila was recognized for her outstanding service in teaching and education during residency training. Her dedication was further acknowledged when she was named the 2019 Nurse of the Year by the University of Maryland Capitol Region Health.
Story
Recognizing that she could do even more to affect positive change in patients’ lives, Fadila returned to school to pursue her Master of Science in nursing. She graduated as a nurse practitioner from Walden University in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and she is currently working toward her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree at Aspen University in Denver, Colorado.
Beyond
At K’s Primary Health & Urgent Care, Fadila is dedicated to providing a high standard of personalized care. She specializes in primary care and chronic condition management for teens and adults, prioritizing open communication with her patients and advocating for preventive care to ensure lifelong wellness.
